Who could have imagined that Easter 2020 would be spent not in the masses at Church but as individuals in their own homes? For better or worse, COVID-19 has set 2020 apart from all other years before and to come.
Like COVID-19, Jesus too, came into the world and shook things up for ever. On this Easter season, I understand the positive ramifications of Jesus’ death in a way that I never have before. If a virus, microscopic and non-living can transform lives, then how much more does Jesus, a living spirit do for humankind? Infinitively more than we could fathom!
He bore all sickness, diseases, infirmities and sufferings to the cross with him, so that you wouldn’t have to. Jesus loved you, chose you and died to protect you!
