To ask who is God, we must first answer what is love.
God’s provision is not limited to finances, He is also in the business of supplying all of our needs, emotional, physical, mental etc.!
psalm 78:15-16 tpt
“In the days of desert dryness he split open the mighty rock,
and the waters flowed like a river before their very eyes.
He gave them all they wanted to drink from his living springs.”
Spring Break started last Friday and I got sick the very next day! I’ve had this cough/sneeze/headache cold (NOT coronavirus!) that left me feeling weak and with little energy. Although I went to the movies Tuesday night and fulfilled a few other engagements that I had already planned, my to-do list carried over from one day to the next! When Wednesday came and I had still not opened my laptop, I knew that I was up to my stuffy nose in work. I was in desperate need of more time…
And today I was granted more time. Thanks to the coronavirus, Spring Break has been extended another week, which basically gives me an opportunity to redo Spring Break! Now, by no means am I rejoicing about coronavirus. It is an unfortunate event that is impacting life as we know it; people have lost loved ones and lots of money. God did not send the coronavirus but He can (and will) work all things out for our good.
“But Joseph said to them, “Don’t be afraid. For am I in the place of God? Yes, you yourselves planned evil against me. God planned it for good, in order to bring about what it is this day—to preserve the lives of many people.” -Genesis 50:19-20 TLV
This extra week of Spring Break is not going to save my life. However just like with Joseph, God always has a way of turning things around…He provides and shows up just in time!
Until Weekend Wellness,
