To ask who is God, we must first answer what is love.
We have the hope of all hopes…spending eternity in Heaven!
isaiah 60:5 tlv
“Then you will see and be radiant,
and your heart will throb and swell with joy.
For the abundance of the sea will be turned over to you.
The wealth of nations will come to you.”
The hope of all hopes! We can expect great things on earth and in Heaven, forever…
In a parent’s love for their child, they look forward to seeing their child blossom into an adult. In a friend’s love for another, they see potential for greatness. In a spouse’s love for the other, they await the gift of growing together. In God’s Love for us, He perfects us to be what He envisioned.
This is why ‘love’ within relationships is different than ‘love’ referring to objects and things. Cupcakes do not have any aspirations for me so my ‘love’ for them is much different than my ‘love’ for my sister and brother.
Love is a powerful force that sustains our existence. It is in every breath we take, running through our veins, reflected in our eyes, felt by the tips of our fingers, spoken through our vocal chords, carried by the treads of our feet and in everything that we do!
