What are your dreams? Ideally, where do you see yourself? Dreams are more than mental entertainment for our sleeping brains, they are tools of passion…
Jesus not only brought our freedom with his death, but also purchased opportunities for us to pursue our wildest dreams! The business, school, bakery, movie, book etc. that seems impossible, is not totally out of your reach with patience, prayer and a slightly “pushy” attitude. Dreams will never and have never worked themselves; Joseph is wonderful example of that. Although his brothers took his coat of many colors from his physical body, they couldn’t remove the mental image that Joseph had of himself still wearing it!
The temporary tribulations of this life (that Jesus have already defeated) can snag, dirty or even steal your coat of colorful dreams, but those obstacles cannot stop you from sewing, dry-cleaning and rightfully regaining ownership of what belongs to you!
“When hope’s dream seems to drag on and on, the delay can be depressing. But when at last your dream comes true, life’s sweetness will satisfy your soul.” -Proverbs 13:22 TPT
I pray that your heart will dream dreams that only your spirit can conceive. Our dreams are only as dead as we allow them to be! So, trim those dead leaves of habits and people that siphon the life of your dreams without ever replenishing and find hope in the living, dreamy waters of God!
